We make work, work.

Is work getting in the way of work?

Today’s organisations are stretched thin and overwhelmed. It seems like every company has two goals: drive innovation and manage digital chaos.

That flood of unorganised data, those processes that would work better automated, the urgent security threats. All those repetitive, mundane tasks that teams are too busy dealing with to focus on strategic growth.

That’s where we come in.

All the innovations and technologies we develop are designed to make work better, simpler, less stressful, and more productive for all. From the intern to the CEO and everyone in between.

Xerox Capture & Content Backfile Scanning: Going paperless has never been easier YouTube Video

Challenge: The longer your business has been around, the more likely it is that important business data is trapped somewhere in physical documents. Wading through files and storage can slow processes and increases the risk of losing that critical data, making access time-consuming and inefficient.

How we solve it: We make it easier to transform paper into digital files, with our backfile scanning capabilities, part of Xerox® Capture and Content services. Documents are secured, indexed, and turned into searchable files. This makes workflows instantly simpler to manage, projects easier to collaborate on, and enables quick access to vital information. A must in today’s hybrid work environment.

Update your mailroom for the digital world.

Challenge: Life in a traditional manual mailroom can mean struggling with tedious, slow, frustrating processes. And can make communicating with customers and suppliers needlessly complicated. How we solve it: We bring the mailroom into the 21st century with Xerox® Digital Mailroom Service. It digitizes and automates all inbound paper mail from almost any communication source. All while speeding up document workflows, delivering vital information quickly, and enhancing decision-making. Thanks to Capture, intelligent processing and automation, you can streamline data flows, improve productivity, and reduce response times. Xerox Helps Argentina’s Oldest Private Bank Eliminate Paper On boarding Forms YouTube Video

Making onboarding paperless

With over half their customers getting in touch through digital channels, Argentinian bank BBVA wanted its onboarding to reflect that way of way of communicating. Giving employees hundreds of hours back each month.

Every year, approximately 100,000 court cases are heard in the U.S. Each comes with a stack of routine forms and that adds up to a lot of manual labour. Find out how we helped litigation support specialist Lexitas release its employees from about 250 hours of routine tasks each month, allowing them to focus on legal work and generate more revenue.

Organising 100 years of paper records.

Family Service Toronto (FST) had built a large paper record collection since it started looking after the residents of Toronto in 1914. But with a growing volume of documents, FST needed a huge purge. We managed to digitise their paper records—including over 500 banker’s boxes of files—and the company has already seen a reduction in audit times, as well as an increase in office space.

Faster, easier office sign-in.

GA Solicitors wanted to encourage better mobility so more of its people could work from home. But its IT infrastructure was restricted and when workers did come to the office, there was no system in place to log them in. With help from ITEC—a Xerox Business Solutions company—a new Mobility First infrastructure was introduced to help people work from home. Xerox provided a Digital Sign In system to help track who was in the office day to day and streamline guest registration.
