Lexitas employees save hundreds of hours each month

When submitting or filing court documents, Lexitas employees had to manually convert all digital exhibits received from their clients into readable PDFs. After identifying document types, employees had to stamp them and save them with a defined naming convention. At least, that’s how it was until Lexitas asked how Xerox could help. Using Xerox® RPA, we’ve helped simplify, standardize, and automate workflows that amount to about 250 hours of routine tasks each month. That’s thousands of hours saved per year – time that can be directed toward revenue-generating priorities.

Specialist law firm gives its attorneys 24/7 secure document access

We worked with this specialist law firm to create a system that could manage the volume and variety of documents it needs to store, organize, and access regularly.  It had to be easy to use, secure, and robust enough to store thousands of pages of content.
