Meet our Graduates

Clemence

“I love to learn about marketing, politics and seeking out people with different interests than mine. I joined as part of corporate marketing team implementing integrated campaigns and then moved to the events team where I project managed large scale-events and rolled out technology and systems globally. I am now part of the marketing automation team where I manage campaigns for email marketing, work to link it to inbound, and then implement all campaigns as well as help to shape the strategy for the team. It’s a great place to be to touch upon all areas of marketing and to get to know more people.”

Clemence – studied International Management & Political Science at University of McGill (Canada)

Joe

“The training I have been given is industry leading and the support I’ve received has allowed me to take on extra responsibilities such as larger accounts and involvement in wider projects.

None of my friends on other graduate schemes has had the same level of exposure to senior clients, the opportunity to earn and the attention from the business to push on and be successful.”

Joe – studied Business & Management at University of Kent

Savannah

"After achieving a First Class Sociology degree from the University of Sussex and working in recruitment, I joined the UK HR Operations team here. I’ve had no regrets since. It’s an excellent workplace, with fantastic people and a great company culture.

My role sees me providing HR operational support to managers across multiple business units in the UK and Europe. This support focuses on activities such as talent management, performance management, people management and organisation design and efficiency."

Savannah – studied Sociology at the University of Sussex

Patrick Oster

“Xerox has been fantastic in allowing me to develop my sales skills. The team were very helpful and keen to take me out to meetings in my first few months and the training has helped to refine my presentation skills with clients. The best part of the programme is the freedom and responsibility given to you. An average day includes face to face meetings with senior members of user accounts, arranging meetings with new customers as well as winning new business for the company.”

Patrick – studied Theology at the University of Durham

James

“I finished a Xerox apprenticeship scheme and wanted to progress into a sales role. We are a ‘people’ company and the culture within Xerox is one of the many factors that make it a great company to work for! The sales graduate scheme has allowed me to build on my skills and apply them to a sales environment. The training is designed to educate and challenge you, in a good way of course! By the time you have your first meetings, you feel comfortable and confident when talking to customers.”

James – Xerox Apprentice Programme

Anna

“My role is focused on breaking into new accounts and creating new business. Daily activities include meetings with different NHS Trusts, tender responses and client presentations. My personal development curve since joining Xerox has been steep – I have been given responsibility for customer accounts early on in the programme and have developed essential sales skills. My team are always helpful and supportive, especially while still being “new” and inexperienced.”

Anna – studied Business Information Systems, Cooperative State University Baden-Wuerttemberg (Stuttgart)

Declan

“The core part of my role is sitting down with customers, learning about their organisation and identifying opportunities to improve their day-to-day processes. I may be visiting a large council in the north one day, then a university on the south coast the next. Xerox has exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ve had the opportunity to get involved with multi-million pound deals with colleagues, and more recently taking the lead on my own deals.”

Declan – studied Business Studies at the University of the West of England

Victoria

“A large part of my role is helping address the needs of our customers and tailoring services to suit their needs. Every day is different, meeting new and existing customers across the country. The responsibility you get from day one is what differentiates the job from the competition. If you want a real job that challenges you on a daily basis, with the financial rewards to motivate your performance, the Xerox sales graduate scheme is the ideal role for you.”

Victoria – studied Marketing at the University of the West of England

Susannah

“I have always wanted to work for a global business, but what impressed me about the Xerox scheme was the high level of support, training and opportunity. Xerox has been amazing for my personal development and the programme has completely pushed me out of my comfort zone (in a good way!). I am now a confident individual with a breadth of knowledge around the document outsourcing space with the opportunity to continuously learn and grow.”

Susannah – studied Business at the University of Hull
